Biography

Mr. Stein graduated from The Florida State University College of Law in 1991. He then attended and graduated in 1992 from one of the top tax law programs in the United States--The LL.M in Taxation program at the University of Florida Levin College Of Law. Lawrence has a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Lawrence is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. After graduation from law school, Mr. Stein became a full-time commercial educator teaching continuing education to CPAs, Attorneys, CEOs, CFOs, Bankers, and Financial Advisors. As a commercial educator, I have focused on topics in taxation, estate planning, and asset protection for wealthy, high-income clients. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. My last three years have been focused on partnerships, LLCs, real estate, business sales, taxation, estate planning, and asset protection for wealthy, high-income clients.
