Offshore Voluntary Disclosure

On January 9, 2012, the Internal Revenue Service announced they will be reopen their
Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP), following continued interest for
amnesty from U.S. taxpayers with foreign accounts. This program will be similar to the
two prior in that it will allow taxpayer to pay penalties and thereby avoid jail time. At
