Shammai Bienenstock

Shammai Bienenstock is a retired Administrative Law Judge at the Appeals Office of the IRS. Prior to that, he was Revenue Agent as well as a Formal Instructor for newly hired Revenue Agents. Shammai retired from the IRS after more than 30 years of service. He is also an accounting and auditing professor at Touro College. He received his M.B.A from New York University and his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Brooklyn College.
